Taylor Wimpey is pleased to announce the plans for 149 high-quality homes with 35% affordable homes on Land at Green Lane, Chertsey. This site provides the opportunity to deliver much needed new homes on land allocated for a new residential development in the Runnymede Borough Council Local Plan. We are also proposing a new Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG) site at Hardwick Lane.
We understand the importance of listening to feedback from the local community in order to shape a planning application that reflects the wants and needs of existing residents. With this in mind we hosted an online consultation event on the plans on Thursday 7th January 2021 between 6pm-7pm.
At this event attendees had the chance to meet the project team, find out more about the plans for the site as well as provide their feedback to help shape the final planning application.
